Preparing a house for a photoshoot in the Buffalo area might seem exhausting and trivial, but it's well worth it. Here's a shortlist of recommended things to do before the real estate photographer arrives.

Keep in mind, we do help move things if we have to, but the goal of the uncluttered room is to enhance the size of the space, giving potential owners a fresh perspective.

The photographer you hire is an artist, and through experience can recognize important facets and angles to best represent the property. It's a few other small things that make a huge improvement in how those images turn out.

Many people also use plastic bins to stow away items temporarily and transfer them to various rooms as the photographer goes through the space.
